This website is operated by Cleaned 4 You. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Cleaned 4 You. Cleaned 4 You offers this website, including all information, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Any new features which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. SECTION 2 – DEFINITIONS
Item – any garment/article collected by you or delivered by us in relation with your order
Services – Dry Cleaning and Laundry collected and delivered to your nominated address
Terms – these terms can be altered at our discretion, and is updated on our website
SECTION 3 – PLACEMENT OF AN ORDER
It is imperative that you check the details of yur order before submitting it as we will not be liable for any errors that you make. If you have made an error please contact us immediately either by email or phone number as supplied on our website.
Submission of an order does not create a contract between us. The contract is active when we send you an email confirming acceptance of your order. An order number will be assigned to you and from then onwards you can refer to this number when you contact us.
With your consent and at our discretion in rare occasions, we may make a change to your order as alternative to cancelling it, we will notify you by email of this change.
SECTION 4 – CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING AN ORDER
You can cancel you order at any time before the collection day but with giving us a minimum of 4 hours notice beforehand.
Rescheduling your collection and delivery requires you to contact us by phone at the number supplied on our website
SECTION 5 – COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
We will use reasonable endeavours to collect and deliver your order at the times but we cannot guarantee to do so. We use our best endeavours to communicate any delay to you by phone or email and to deliver orders to our customers within their chosen timeslot, but exclude any liability for any and all consequential losses which a customer may suffer as a result of late delivery.
If delivery is not possible due to customer being unavailable at the designated time, a redelivery charge of €5 will be charged for each consequent attempt of delivery.
We will not be liable for any delay or being unable to process your order due to you giving us incorrect information eg. incorrect address or failing to accept your delivery at the scheduled time.
Should you wish to re-schedule your delivery location this must be placed to us in writing and acknowledged by us.
We will hold your items for a period of 90days and failing to collect your order after this period we will dispose of items or donate it to a registered charity.
SECTION 6 – OUR SERVICE TO YOU
We will provide a professional dry cleaning service together with our experienced laundry department, offering you a full wash and dry service and fully finished laundry service.
We will not be liable for any items given to us that have an increased risk of damage including, but not limited to
- No care label indicating cleaning instructions
- Items damaged or stained
- Garments with embellishment eg. diamatantes, chains etc that are not suitable for cleaning
- Garments with care label indicating type of cleaning – following these particular instructions, resulting in colour bleeds etc
While every effort is given to remove all stains however, we do not guarantee full stain removal.
We recommend that you do not store your items in the plastic provided by us as a long term storage.
Should you have any issues or complaints regarding our service with you please submit same within 20 days of receiving your order.
As a consumer, you have statutory rights if our Services are not carried out with reasonable skill and care, or if the materials used are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.
SECTION 7 – WASH AND DRY SERVICE
Cleaned 4 You is not responsible for items labelled ‘hand-wash’ only or ‘Dry Clean only’ and is not responsible for checking these labels from all your wash and dry.
We are not responsible for any items left in your washing not limited to the following:. pens, tools, coins, jewellery, money, wallets, keys, and sharp objects etc. Please ensure that all pockets are emptied and your laundry bag is checked for the above items listed.
Cleaned 4 You are not responsible for colour run on ‘dry only service’, please ensure deep colours are separated from your light coloured washing.
We wash at 40degrees and tumbled dried in large driers on medium heat.
We will separate your clothes lights and darks and wash separately ( this incurs an extra washing charge ). While we will take the utmost care in doing this we will not accept responsibility if there is colour transfer during this process. We recommend that you inform us (bag it separate in you washing clearly labelled) of new garments that are likely to transfer colour.
We will not be liable for damage to items as we wash by the load and do not inspect the care labels of each garment. For garments that need to be specially treated i.e. leather, silk, cashmere, fur, velvet and other delicate garments, please ensure that these items can be machine washed and tumble dried.
Laundry items are tagged by the load and not individually tagged. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for missing items.

SECTION 8 – PAYMENTS
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Our prices include VAT at 13.5%.
When placing an order we capture the payment but do not directly charge your card although some banks will show it as a recent transaction. We process payments when we have received your Order at the facility and after cleaning. If your final total is greater than your captured total (i.e. we need to update your Order accordingly) it may show on your recent transactions but the captured amount will be released when we have taken the full payment.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall Cleaned 4 You, our directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility
