Most standard laundry and dry-cleaning will be delivered within 24 – 48 hours. However, there may be some items in your order that may require us to give them more time, we will always do our best to let you know of these changes by text, phone or email
We pick up and deliver each morning generally between 10am and 11.30am. More details of our collection and delivery slots are available on our website.

Don’t worry if you’re unsure how your clothes should be treated — we’ll check the label for you and take care of everything. Please note that we cannot check care labels of items in Wash, Tumble Dry & Fold orders, so please separate dry clean and laundered items if needed before washing.
Your safety is very important to us and we would like to offer you the possibility of choosing between bio and non-bio detergent. Just make sure you let us know of any special instructions by placing a note with your order.
We pride ourselves with delivering a high quality service. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will wash your clothes again for free.
Absolutely. You may change the time slot, free of charge, if the request is made with minimum 2 hours before collection/delivery.
Yes, of course. Our van driver will be more than happy to add new items to your order, before order is delivered to you the extra payment can be added to final price and will paid on delivery to our van driver.
Of course. The bag is suitable to store all your laundry for your next collection.
Please contact customer support by calling 051 421505 to cancel your order. All cancellations up to 2 hours before the chosen collection/delivery time slot are free of charge. However, if you cancel an order less than two hours before a scheduled collection/delivery, a cancellation fee of will be applicable please see our terms and conditions Link.

You can simply add it in your account, at the payment section. Please be aware in mind that you can only use one voucher per order and unfortunately we are unable to take vouchers in certain departments.
