Description
We use a large capacity, front load washing machine to wash your duvet. While the duvet might be light, it will absorb a lot of water and become heavy during washing process. Hence, a large capacity washing machine is preferred. This is why we advise for you to have your duvets professionally cleaned.
We select a gentle mode and use a low heat setting for drying. For duvets that are particularly heavily soiled we also add small amount of bleach for extra protection especially during these pandemic times. To ensure Duvets and Throwovers are ready for use immediately please allow minimum 3 days from collection.
